Accuracy of the Hearing Test

I was always curious with the accuracy of the hearing test. Here is the results:
Using an in-ear headset from Creative Aurvana In-Ear connected via a 2cc coupler to a professional SPL Meter in an Anechoic chamber.

Overall the accuracy is +/- 2.5dB with the sound at almost all frequency except at 8kHz.
The most accurate reading is at 1kHz with an average of +/- 0.05dB.
All the measurements are taking at room temperature condition in dB-SPL levels of 35,45,55,65,75,85,95 and 100.
